About
Acro-Static Gaming (ASG) is a gaming network set up by Kiran Evans (Sabrewolf) and pc10194 which was started in April 2012. The network features a team of members who upload videos to YouTube and stream live gaming to Twitch and YouTube.
Early History
In April 2012, Kiran Evans was uploading videos to his gaming channel 'ARate100Gameplay', and addition to his main channel 'ARate100'. He invited his friend, pc10194, to play Minecraft with him on the channel and so they both started to build a world in the XBox 360 version of the game, along with a third member (zxSilverwingxz). Kiran decided that it would be a good idea to start a clan for Minecraft maps and for Grand Theft Auto IV which is what they were playing at the time (along with The Ballad of Gay Tony). So, Kiran created the clan 'Acro-Static Gaming' and the logo featured a symbol resembling the Olympicons of that year. It was a pale red man doing a hand-stand with the text below 'Acro-Static' and then a final line below that, in green, 'Gaming'. This logo was created on a website named Cooltext which Kiran has used for many years and still sources fonts from there.
Shortly after creating this clan, Kiran changed the name of his channel from just 'A1G' (ARate100Gameplay) to 'A1G and ASG'. Of course, this caused confusion at which point Kiran decided to move ASG to its own channel. During September of that year, Kiran closed down ARate100Gameplay and started up YouTube.com/AcroStaticGaming. The first video went up on the 1st of January 2013. The team at that point was composed of: ARate100, pc10194, zxSilverwingxz and monkeyb99. Silverwing would later change his name to Nexus.

Partnerships / Parents
ASG has slowly gained popularity over the years, and Sabrewolf has been offered multiple partnerships. One potential partner who seemed especially keen was the CEO of an aviation fanbase company named CPFlightlog. They quickly became partners with ASG after they approached Kiran via Twitter. ASG has potential to make many more partners in the future.
In 2013, Kiran Evans set up a company for all of his YouTube channels, brands and other things to go with them. The idea originally came after he wanted to start a website with free-to-play flash games on it which he and other people had made (inspiration taken from sites like Miniclip, Newgrounds and Freewebarcade). The idea started off with Kiran using part of his username in the name of the new gaming site. This ended up being 'A-Arcade', the 'A' being from ARate100 and the Arcade because it is a gaming website. A logo was created in the style of an old 8-bit game. The font was blocky and the colour scheme was green and black as this was the colour scheme of ARate100's YouTube channel at the time. Later, Kiran removed the hyphen to make 'AArcade' but decided that the 'r' looked out of place, so 'AAcade' was made. Kiran searched Google for 'AAcade' to see if the brand name was taken already, and found that most of the results related to the hexadecimal translation for #aacade which turned out to be a pale blue colour (#aacade). After this discovery, Kiran immediately changed the colour scheme and name of his company to 'Aacade'. This then became the parent of ASG.
See the Aacade Inc. website for more information on the other brands.
